Through your website guests have the ability to complete a simple online form to book or reserve your space. The online reservation form connects with your cloud based reservation tool and only allows guest to book or make reservations on available days and times which you establish. It also connects real-time with your reservation tool to see if space is available or already booked for specific dates and time; all to insure that the reservation process is simple and accurate.

Search By Guest Name:
You can use the search box at in the header to look for a reservation by guest name. This is useful if you are looking for a reservation they made that you need to edit. It will also allow you to see a history of all their reservations and canceled reservations.

Frequent Guests/Loyalty Program:
This is one way you can go in and see if they are a frequent meeting room guest which qualifies for any reward programs.

Built into ReserveMe are data and statistic acquisition capabilities that can be accessed by business owners at any time.

Do you have multiple store fronts for your business? That’s ok; ReserveMe’s system is built to handle both single and multiple outlet businesses.

For groups that frequent your meeting room based on a consistent pattern you do not have to enter each of their reservations sepeartly. The repeat function allows you to setup multiple reservations by adding the reservation once and setting the repeat pattern under “Multi Booking Repeat Till” section of the reservation form.

You may also set an existing reservation to be repeated by going in and editing the reservation and setting the repeat pattern. This includes reservation that guest have made via the online reservation form.

Via the online reservation form a guest can request to have their meeting setup as a repeat booking. This is only a request and you must contact themto set their future reservations. We do not allow guests to set repeat reservations online to insure there are no conflicts with an existing reservation.

When someone indicates an interest in setting up a repeating event you will be notified in two ways that they have made this request so you may contact them promptly.

1. Reservation email confirmation GM receives.
2. In the reservation list and reservation detail screens.
